Peak Power partnered with Dhulikhel Hospital on a solar installation at the Bahunipati Clinic. The brief was to stabilise the clinic’s power supply in an area where the grid couldn’t deliver consistent voltage for medical and IT systems — and to do it within a tight budget without compromising on safety.
We installed a 48 V SMA AC-coupled PV system and re-wired the clinic’s existing distribution network to separate essential and non-essential loads, so critical services stay powered through grid failures. The installation includes a Peak Power custom switchboard with manual bypass, surge protection, and low-impedance earthing to protect the clinic’s medical electronics.
