Peak Power partnered with GSOL (Denmark) and UNICEF on a hybrid PV installation at the Olane Health Post in the Panchthar District. Before this system went in, the lack of stable power meant medical staff were sometimes performing critical procedures — including childbirth — under mobile phone lighting.
We managed the end-to-end in-country delivery to give the post a 24/7 supply for its essential medical loads, including reliable lighting and power for obstetric and emergency services. The system serves a community of more than 2,300 residents in the Koshi Province.
